for one and two story models

A $500 lot deposit will hold your lot for 30 days while you arrange for your
mortgage and select your options

At the end of 30 days an agreement of sale is drawn up with an additional
deposit of $4500
|

A total of 5% of the original sales agreement is due in 45 days
|
| 6 |
Middleneck Homes will begin the building process and you will be on your way
towards move in approximately 3 to 4 months
